A Lifelong Dedication to Helping Others
Born in Jamaica, Queens, New York, I’ve always been drawn to helping others. From a young age, I was the go-to person for my friends and family’s personal challenges. After raising my family, I decided to pursue my passion and founded Fields Bright Therapy & Consultation in 2020. I am an Alumna of Limestone College and University of South Carolina.
With over 20 years of experience in various social work settings—including community mental health, domestic violence shelters, and inpatient psychiatric care—I’ve gained a deep understanding of the challenges people face and how to guide them through.
Beyond therapy, I mentor aspiring entrepreneurs through Village Launch, a program that supports under-resourced individuals in achieving their goals.
Tracy is also a clinical supervisor in the South Carolina. She helps new clinicians in their beginning journey of becoming a fully licensed clinician. Tracy uses the art of telling stories to help clients connect with their inner self. Tracy has a way of putting people at ease with her calm demeanor and ability to cross to culture to connect with her clients. Tracy has been married to her best friend Stacy “Benardo” Fields for the last thirty-one years. They have four adult children and one grandson.
Faith, Family, Marriage
I believe in the covenant of marriage and the power of faith to guide and sustain us in our relationships and everyday lives.
Tracy - I just wanted to reach out and thank you for your guidance and wisdom. The bus story will stick with me - and the way you stood with confidence with the families in that story was amazing. It was very moving. I believe a special extra thank you for sharing these kinds of stories was warranted. Thank you for being on the journey of life with us. I feel blessed that we were brought together.
